Our Clinic

Welcome to The Safe Foundation, an esteemed outpatient treatment facility located in Brooklyn, New York. As a licensed program approved by the New York State Office of Addiction Services and Supports (OASAS), we serve as a trusted haven for individuals facing challenges with substance use, alcoholism, and compulsive gambling. Our devoted team of professionals boasts extensive training and credentials in the field of addiction and substance abuse.

Established in 2003, The Safe Foundation has consistently upheld its commitment to assisting clients and their families in building healthier lives. We offer comprehensive outpatient treatment services tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. Guided by evidence-based practices, our compassionate approach fosters an environment of healing and support, empowering clients to overcome addiction and reclaim their lives.

Our Community

Safe understands the shame and stigma surrounding addiction, which often prevents individuals from seeking help. Through volunteer committees, our “Let’s Talk About It” Campaign, trainings, articles, social media, and “Safe Talk” events, we actively challenge stigma, empower individuals, and foster understanding in the community. We believe that open conversations and support networks are vital in breaking down barriers and encouraging help-seeking behaviors.
